Looking for Luck or Out of Luck?
Blackburn’s awful start to the season continued on Saturday as they grabbed a draw from the jaws of Victory. 3-1 up going into the last 10 minutes it looked like Rovers were on course for the second league win in 10 matches, However the self destruct button was pressed for the second time in four days as Rovers failed to hold onto a two goal lead. Steve Kean and many fans are bemoaning the deflected goal that got Norwich back in the game, whilst the Penalty which was awarded in stoppage time should never have been given, But after 31 … Continue reading
Supporters working together

Despite Blackburn Rovers being in India for the last week to take part in an Exhibition match against Pune FC, this has not stopped supporters unrest here in Lancashire. Rovers currently sit 19th in the Premiership having lost 5 of their opening 7 fixtures. Supporters are heavily concerned that that the clubs fan-base is being heavily ignored in what is proving a testing time for all involved with Blackburn Rovers FC. The Rao’s have publicly backed the Manager on more than one occasion, and it feels that they are letting sentiment rule their thoughts more than results. They removed Sam … Continue reading
Rovers Fans to hold meeting before more planned protest.
Blackburn Rovers are currently in India preparing for an exhibition match against Pune FC, whilst back here in Lancashire the fans unrest is growing and gathering momentum by the minute. Rovers are currently 19th in the table with only 4 points from their opening 7 matches, and both the timing and merit of this trip is seriously being questioned. Why are the players not here on the training ground putting extra work in ahead of next weeks away trip to QPR? Why is the Manager coming out with statements like this when he was asked if he felt he was … Continue reading
Do they really care?
Another abysmal performance by Blackburn yesterday which saw Rovers drop back into the bottom three. The false dawn of a victory over Arsenal last week has seen Steve Kean go on a media frenzy appearing on the radio and TV as he lapped up Rovers first Victory of the season in the league. I was half expecting to see a picture of Steve Kean on the Milk which was delivered yesterday in recognition of his 4-3 Victory over a shakey Gunners. The victory was welcomed by all supporters and even had many changing their opinion of the great one. I … Continue reading

Latter Day Kean

My Blog has always been a place where I put my views and report on things as I see it, However after going through the forum posts on BRFCS today I came across a very interesting post that made me chuckle, which had been wrote with humour and was rep… Continue reading
Aftermath
Following Blackburn’s victory against Arsenal it appears there is a bit more optimism amongst sections of the Rovers Supporters. Is this view shared by all? Was the removal of Steve Kean campaign really just 1% of Supporters? Prior to the Arsenal fixture there was various Polls set up on supporters and Social network sites. One in particular had over 700 votes which brought a 87% margin of fans wanting Steve Kean removed with immediate effect as the Manager of Blackburn Rovers. I looked across various polls and the opinion was pretty much mirror imaged across every single site, with no … Continue reading
Now thats what I call passion!!
Its been a very busy week, and one of the busiest I can remember in all the time I have been a Blackburn Rovers supporter. Following Rovers poor start to the season many Rovers supporters have shown their concern that results since the appointment of Steve Kean have just not been good enough. Blackburn had prior to the Arsenal game recorded their joint worst start to a season since the club was formed. Are these worries Justified? In my honest opinion yes, and after careful consideration this is why a Protest March was arranged prior to the important home fixture … Continue reading
Protest March details Finalised
As exclusively revealed earlier in the week Blackburn Rovers supporters have arranged a peaceful protest March for this coming Saturday 17th September. After 9 months of frustration on the pitch which has seen the club win only 5 League matches and go from a team with aspiration’s for European qualification to a team now struggling at the bottom of the league enough is enough. Ewood Park had previously been a fortress, a place where visiting teams did not enjoy the visit, and the very reason the club has managed to sustain its Premiership status. However since the appointment of Steve … Continue reading
